The XP XCHANGE is the easiest way to sell tickets you can no longer use. Rather than navigating the complexity, high fees, and uncertainty of trying to list your ticket on other resale platforms–or worrying about getting ripped off by scammers on social media sites–the XP XCHANGE allows you to convert your unused tickets into XP credit, which you can use to easily purchase tickets for another live event in the future.

To receive an offer for your unused tickets, simply submit your ticket details via our secure online form, and if your ticket is eligible you’ll receive an offer via email within 24 hours. You will NOT be asked to upload your tickets to the form, and you are under no obligation to accept the offer you receive from XP. You retain full ownership over your tickets until you choose to accept your XP credit offer, at which point we’ll ask you to transfer your ticket directly to XP.

In order for your ticket(s) to be eligible to sell through the XP XCHANGE, your ticket(s) must meet the following criteria: Event start time is at least 72 hours in the future Mobile transfer tickets (e.g. digital tickets available for transfer via an app like Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MLB Ballpark, Paciolan, DICE.fm, and similar services) Consecutive seats in the same section and row (if you are selling multiple tickets) Types of tickets that are NOT eligible to receive an offer of XP credit through the XP XCHANGE include: Tickets to events that start in less than 72 hours Physical tickets, including festival wristbands, printed PDFs, or tickets held at will call Multiple individual tickets in different sections or rows

Once you’ve submitted your ticket details via our online form, you can expect to receive a follow-up email within 24 hours sent to the email address you submitted. This email will be sent from rob@xp.xyz and will contain your XP credit offer amount if your ticket is eligible, or a notice that your ticket is ineligible for trade-in.

XP considers several factors to determine the fair market value of your XCHANGE offer, including: Supply and Demand: The current market demand for the event. Time Until the Event: How soon the event is scheduled to occur. Seat Location: Where your seats are located in the venue. Number of Tickets: How many tickets you are trading in. Tickets that are deemed eligible will receive an offer via email within 24 hours in the form of XP credit, which can be used to purchase tickets on XP to any future concert, game, comedy show, and more. Please note that the amount included in your offer will represent XP’s full and final offer amount; offers will not be negotiated or adjusted.
