What types of tickets are eligible to receive an offer?
Mobile transfer tickets (e.g. Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MLB Ballpark, Paciolan, DICE.fm, and similar services). Other ticket types are not eligible for offers (for more about ticket types, see Ticket Types on XP).

How does XP determine the fair market value of my ticket(s)?
XP considers several factors to determine the value of your XCHANGE offer, including:
Supply and Demand: The current market demand for the event.
Time Until the Event: How soon the event is scheduled to occur.
Seat Location: Where your seats are located in the venue.
Number of Tickets: How many tickets you are trading in.
