• This promotional offer is open to residents of the United States aged 18 and above. To be eligible, participants should submit a form with information on a ticket they would like to sell. The XP Xchange program ("Program") allows customers to sell their unused event tickets in exchange for XP credit. By submitting your ticket(s) for consideration, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Participants can only submit their receipt by filling out the form on this website. Any questions email support@xp.xyz.

• Upon submission, you will hear from us in 72 hours, either with an offer or with an email letting you know we are not interested.​

• If XP decides to purchase your ticket(s), you will receive XP credit in the form of a code that can be used toward any ticket purchase on XP's website, xp.tickets. XP credit will be sent via email once the offer is accepted.

• The XP credit code will be issued upon acceptance of the offer but will remain inactive until XP has received and verified the transfer of your ticket(s). If the transfer is not completed, the XP credit code will not be activated, and you will not be eligible to use the credit.

• The promo code is valid for use at xp.tickets and can be applied to any single purchase. 

 

• XP credit is valid for one-time use only. If the entire amount is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited. The code expires 90 days from the date of issuance. After expiration, the code will no longer be valid, and the credit will be lost.

• The promotional offer will expire 90 days after you receive it. ​

• XP reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable terms and conditions on XP's website. XP reserves the right to reject any ticket submission for any reason without explanation.

• The promotional benefit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• Promotion can end or change at any time, without prior notice.
